RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any product for any reason, you may return it. You may return any unwashed, unused,  items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange (less shipping).  You may return any washed item within 15 days for store credit (less shipping). Just contact us at clothbabyplanet@yahoo.com for full instructions, and to let us know to expect your return.

Please include a printed receipt from your email (if you don't have a printer please write the date of order, order number, your name, address, email address, phone number) and let us know what you would like us to do (refund, credit, or exchange). 

Regardless of shipping charges applied to the order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price if a refund is requested.  

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS:

Manufacturer defects are errors with a product that happened during manufacturing. 

Most manufacturers require their defective items be handled directly through them.  Please contact us and we will give you the manufacturer's contact information. 

PRIVACY POLICY:

We use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. Your credit card information is never stored. Your personal information used to place an order will never be sold transfered or traded.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Optional expedited shipping will ship within 1 business day. If for any reason it will be longer due to a backorder you will be notified. All packages are shipped USPS or FedEx.

International shipping will be an additional amount calculated and charged after your purchase. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

We try to reuse packaging as much as possible. Also we try to use as little packaging as possible so most items will not be individually packaged.

Shipping insurance is available for only $2. We cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our facility. Please add insurance to your shopping cart to protect your order.
